Inclusivity is a complex and gradual process, which also affects the way we express ourselves. Male-female polarization (the largest but not the only issue of inclusiveness) is still dominant in language and culture in much of the world. Even if we don't have a convenient solution (like they in English for example), it doesn't mean we have to give up. Writing inclusively in Italian is not simple, but not impossible either : you just need to use our language with attention and creativity, which in the end is the minimum requirement for writing any type of text.
